The holiday apartment "Lago di Costanza I" is located on the third floor in Friedrichshafen and is the perfect place for a relaxing stay at Lake Constance.
With 70 m², the apartment accommodates up to 6 guests and features a comfortable living room with a sofa bed (for 2 people), a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom.
Amenities include Wi-Fi (with workspace for home office), satellite TV, a fan, and a washing machine.
A game console can be provided on request.
For families, a baby cot and high chair are available. A special highlight is the private balcony, ideal for relaxing evenings. The apartment is close to the lake, and public transport is within easy walking distance.
You also have a parking space in the underground garage. Please note: The apartment is on the third floor and the building has no elevator.
We are happy to help with heavy luggage. Additional information: A maximum of 2 pets is allowed (for an extra fee). Smoking and parties are not permitted.
There is a storage room for bicycles and motorbikes.
Information on waste separation is provided on site.
The apartment is equipped to save water and electricity. - Beach/pool towels Payment 10,00 € per person

Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit guter und geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Die Vermieter waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders angenehm war auch die ruhige Atmosphäre am Abend, die für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt gesorgt hat. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.
In zwei Worten: Alles Bestens im Kontakt mit den Gastgebern!!!

Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern, die Sauberkeit der FEWO und die Ausstattung waren super!!!
Die Übersichtlichkeit der Holidu-App könnte verbessert werden. Man wird auf der Suche nach den wichtigen Informationen ein bisschen auf die "Reise geschickt".
Erst die konkrete Abstimmung über WhatsApp und Telefon mit den Gasgebern hat Klarheit geschaffen. Und die war wirklich super und äusserst nett! Dank an die Gastgeber!
