The holiday apartment 'Historisches Apartment Duregghof' is located in San Genesio Atesino in a historic farmhouse from the 17th century and offers a beautiful view of the mountains.
Our farmhouse is situated at 1,300 m in a very sunny and secluded location, about 20 km from Bolzano.
The 50 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom, and can accommodate 3 adults and 1 child under 14 years.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, satellite and cable TV, as well as children's books and toys.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
The private outdoor area includes a garden, a balcony with spectacular mountain views, a playground and an outdoor shower.
A shared barbecue is available.
There are 2 parking spaces on the property.
Pets are not allowed.
Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls.
Breakfast is available on request and for an extra fee.
The accommodation offers homemade or own products.
There are recycling rules; you will receive further information on site.

Maso tipico ristrutturato con amore e passione dei proprietari, nel mezzo delle montagne, circondati da pace e silenzio. Si può avere un cestino per la colazione (c‘era anche il gelato!!), visitare il maso e gli animali e loro spiegano tutto; grazie di cuore per tutto!!
Tutto perfetto (comunque bisogna sapere che é lontano da supermercati e dal paesino, serve una macchina per spostarsi)

La casa era pulitissima e ben curata, paul è Christa disponibili, gentili e molto simpatici. Attenzione ai particolari, prodotti tipici e colazione eccellenti. Animali domestici, cani e gatti dolcissimi e amichevoli, veduta delle montagne molto bella e tranquillità assicurata. Ci siamo trovati benissimo
