Our bright, cozy vacation apartment is lovingly and simply furnished and offers space for a nice vacation stay for two to four people (of which max. 3 adults). Enjoy your vacation as the only guests in the house!
From the terrace you can enjoy a panoramic view over the mountains and forests of the southern Adige Valley to the Catinaccio, which glows mystically in the evening.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a detached house, quietly situated on the edge of the forest. The magnificent view of the surrounding mountains and orchards invites you to linger in the garden. Whether you want to go for a walk, a hike or a bike ride - you can start directly on foot from the vacation apartment and get to the most beautiful viewpoints and destinations in the area.
The apartment has two bedrooms, a bright living room, a simple kitchenette and a bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment also has a covered private terrace (30 m²), and there is also a common lawn for sunbathing.
For our younger guests there is a sandbox, a swing and various vehicles to play with in the garden.

Particularly nice excursions in the immediate vicinity are hikes on the Kalterer Höhenweg, to the imposing Rastenbachklamm or the Friedenweg, which offers great viewing platforms with a unique view of Lake Kalterer.
Lake Kaltern is also not far away at 8.5 km and offers next to a great outdoor pool in Tramin the next cool refreshment.
