The villa "S'hort des Baladres Ibiza" is located in Santa Eulària des Riu and impresses guests with its view of the sea.
The 160 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 7 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV with a DVD player, air conditioning, heating as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. Your private outdoor area includes a fenced pool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue, a playground and an outdoor shower. The property boasts an excellent location 2 km from the sea and the village centre, where you will find a variety of shops, attractions and restaurants. A parking space is available on the property. Pets are only allowed upon prior request. Parties are not allowed. The property has a step-free entrance, the doors are wide and easy to access. Beach/pool towels are provided. The property offers homemade/homegrown produce. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste, more information is provided on site.

Het verblijf was nog mooier dan op de foto’s. Alles was erg schoon zowel in als rondom het huis. Meerdere zitplekken, een heerlijk zwembad en alle privacy. Vriendelijk ontvangst en prettige communicatie. Het was in één woord; geweldig!! Echt een dikke aanrader voor een prachtig verblijf op Ibiza.

We had a short stay, 3 nights, so we were not @home a lot but the house has everything we needed. The location, just outside the town, was nice and quiet and easy to find. Big swimming pool, though not heated. In the summer this won't be a challenge but now it took a minute to get used to the temper...
