Located in Sassi, a mountain hamlet of the municipality of Molazzana, the holiday home 'Nonna Teta 10' is part of a widespread hotel agritourism complex and offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday in close contact with nature.
The property, arranged over two floors, consists of a living room, a dining room, two kitchen-living rooms each with a single sofa bed, both equipped with a wood-burning fireplace and dishwasher, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms—one with a shower and one with a whirlpool tub—for a total of ten beds.
Additional amenities include five TVs and two washing machines.
The house features a well-equipped private garden, ideal for spending relaxing mornings and unforgettable evenings with a view of the historic fortress and the church of Sassi di Sopra.
Free parking is available on the street or in the two village squares, about thirty meters from the house.
A maximum of two pets is allowed.
Wi-Fi and air conditioning are not available.
The house has an internal spiral staircase connecting the floors.
Linen change is provided free of charge after one week of stay.
