Situated in Santa Pola, the holiday home "Holiday Beach Varadero" is just a short walk from the beach.
The 3-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, heating as well as a washing machine. Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace, a covered terrace and a balcony.
The property also has access to a shared outdoor area which includes 3 pools (2 medium sized pools that are open all year round, and a large pool open from 15th June to 15th September), as well as basketball and football courts. There is a parking space in a garage, additional free parking is available on the street. Parties, smoking and pets are not allowed. Please respect the nightly resting hours from 11 pm until 9 am.

The house is lovely and had everything we needed.
I would highlight that the stairs in the house are very steep, not suitable for people with mobility issues.
Also, when we arrived we were told that the pool was closed as it was out of season. We were not told this in advance of booking and to be honest, it if had been, we would not have booked ...
