The 95 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, heating as well as a smart TV with streaming services and a DVD player. Your private outdoor area includes a partially covered terrace and a barbecue.
A shared outdoor area, consisting of a garden, a pavilion and a sunbathing deck, is also available for your use. A parking space is available on the property and an electric vehicle charging station and bicycle storage are available. Pets are allowed upon request. The property has a step-free interior and the doors are wide and easy to access. An e-bike and breakfast can be provided upon request and for a fee.
