The 144 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 12 people.
Additional amenities include cable TV, air conditioning in every bedroom, as well as a washing machine.
For your comfort, all windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
The villa boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace, a covered terrace and a barbecue.
Supermarkets are to be found about 500 m from the house, the public beach 100 m from the house, and several bathing establishments about 150 m from the house.
The bus to Porto Cesareo can be accessed about 300 m from the property. 4 parking spaces are available on the property.
