The holiday apartment Silva Living is located in San Giovanni (St.
Johann) and offers a wonderful view of the mountains.
The 38 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with a single bed), and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 5 people.
Amenities also include high-speed Wi-Fi with a workspace for home office, cable and satellite TV, and a dryer. A washing machine is available for all guests to use.
Please contact us in advance to clarify usage and any possible extra charge. Out of consideration for allergies, cats are unfortunately not allowed.
Only one dog per accommodation is permitted, and a deposit must be paid upon arrival. A shared wellness area with a Finnish sauna and infrared cabin is at your disposal.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
The private outdoor area includes a covered terrace.
Additionally, there is a shared outdoor area with a whirlpool, garden, barbecue, and playground.
