The holiday apartment Domus Faber 2 is located in Merano and boasts a beautiful view of the mountain.
The 82 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
The common kitchen is for private use when renting the 5 apartments.
However, it is possible to rent the space for the organisation of events.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, cable and satellite TV, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a dryer.
Children are allowed and a baby cot and a high chair are also available.
Board games, children's books and toys are available in the common room. Your private outdoor area includes a balcony.
A shared outdoor area, consisting of a covered terrace, is also available for your use. The Terme Merano partner offers a reduction on the entrance fee for Merano/Meran. One pet is allowed.
Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls.
The property has step-free access and interior and wide doors.
