If your pet is not included, Darwin Escapes will either relocate you to a pet-friendly lodge, if there is one available, or holds the right to refuse access to the resort.
You may be liable for any charges incurred. Resort Facilities: Sandymouth’s facilities are currently working at a reduced capacity and pre-booking for any activities or food at the restaurant is essential.

There was a problem with the heating not being hot enough. Reported in the evening and fixed the next morning. (I think a customer had been messing with the boiler settings, so not the fault of the site) The ‘Tintagel shack’ is lovely. 2nd stay in one of these.

Accommodation was lovely, makes the most of the space for storage. Bed was comfortable and shower was good. Clean and facilities were as would expect and need. No towels provided so bring your own and also toilet roll and bin bags, only one left for a week stay. Plenty of seating for enjoying the incredible views. Nice seating area for eating.

We had a great time even though weather was a bit rough at times site was clean facilities were very good staff were helpful only negative I can add is accomodation furnishings showing their age curtain lining stained ,some fixtures showing age related damage and radiator cores could do with a good clean out full of dust and debris
