Located in the historic village of Tolentino, "Casa degli Ulivi" holiday home offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway surrounded by nature.
Set within a farm, the property is spread over two floors connected by a wooden spiral staircase.
It features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to four guests.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, heating, and a washing machine.

The private outdoor area boasts a pool (open June to September, weather permitting), a hot tub, a large garden, garden furniture, a covered terrace, and a barbecue.

Das Haus ist voller Sachen, Schränke, Schubladen, Badezimmer. Es war kein Platz für unsere Kleidung. Die Raumspartreppe ist sehr eng. Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle waren nicht sauber. Wir hatten unsere eigene Maschine mit.
