The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 6 people.

The property is set within a 15-minute drive from the beaches of Conil and El Palmar.

The property has a step-free interior.
Parties are not allowed and guests must take out the garbage before departure.
In case these 2 rules are not respected, part of the deposit will be withheld.

- Sehr schön ist die Aussicht und die ruhige Lage.
- Für das Alter sehr gut geputzt und saubere Räume.
- Der Zustand der sehr alten Küche. Wir hatten Bedenken, dass uns die Arbeitsplatte abbricht, da die tragende Unterschrankwand sich schon fast vollständig aufgelöst hatte.
