With a view of the sea, the property Sa Copinya in Son Servera is perfect for a relaxing holiday.
The 3-storey property consists of a living room, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a dryer.
On top of that, a table tennis table is also provided for your enjoyment. 2 high chairs and 2 baby cots are also available.
The house boasts a private outdoor area with a pool and a barbecue.
The pool is not available in January, February and December.
The house has direct access to the sea and beach from the garden and is located in Port Verd, a very well-known tourist area. 3 parking spaces are available on the property.
Pets are not allowed. 2 bikes are provided.
Breakfast: For all our guests, we offer a free "welcome pack" with fresh, local products to enjoy upon their arrival.

+ direkte Lage am Meer (Meeresrauschen zum einschlafen und aufwachen)
+ freundlicher Empfang inkl. Snacks
+ schnelle Rückmeldung, als es ein kleines Problem an der Heizung gab (der Eigentümer selber kam innerhalb kurzer Zeit persönlich und hat es am nächsten Tag reparieren lassen)
+ schöne Gegend al...
- der Strand war nicht zum baden geeignet (sehr algig und daher keine Einstiegsmöglichkeit). Trotzdem wunderschön zum spazieren gehen (mit Schuhen)
- leider funktionierte der Trockner nicht richtig. Die Wäsche wurde nicht trocken

There's everything you need for a vacation with family, especially small kids. We loved the garden and the little pool; as we have small kids it was safe for them to not fall into the pool (you have to climb into it). We did not miss anything.
