The 73 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a guest toilet, and can accommodate up to five people.
Amenities also include high-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV.
A baby cot and a high chair are available on request.
There is a ski slope right next to the house, and a ski rental and toboggan run are nearby.
Shops are within walking distance, and a bus stop is 100 m away.

Ruhig aber alles fußläufig erreichbar. Man kann das Auto auch stehen lassen und alles zu Fuß oder mit dem Sommerbus erreichen. Wir reisen als Familie mit 2 Kindern.

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderschön. Eine sehr schöne, große und saubere Unterkunft. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Gastgeber sind sehr nett und freundlich. Brötchenservice funktioniert super. Weiterer Vorteil ist die Lage am Skihang. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

We stayed in Haus Florian for an extended weekend. We very much enjoyed our stay, all aspects of it! The description did not have a picture of the house from outside, I assumed it’s an older building. Turned out it’s a brand new and modern house. We skied in Ischgl, used the postbus every day.
