The 120 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 5 people.
On-site amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room, a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, a washing machine, a dryer and a coffee machine.
The vacation home boasts a private outdoor area with a pool (open from April to October), a garden, an open terrace and a barbecue.
The terrace is equipped with a sunshade and is furnished for dining outdoors.
The nearby destinations include the beaches of Aguilas and San Juan de Los Terreros, the Augilon golf course and the beach of Geoda de Pulpi Beach.
Free parking is available on the street.

Los anfitriones muy apañados, te recomiendan playas en la zona y son muy amables, te lo explican todo respecto a la casa.
