Located in Gandía, the 80 m² Gandia Center apartment welcomes you in the central Benipeixcar neighborhood and accommodates 4 people.
It features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, as well as a living area with a fully equipped private kitchen and dishwasher.
The recently renovated apartment includes air conditioning in the living room, LED ceiling fans in all rooms, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, satellite TV with international channels, Netflix, a cinema projector with electric screen, washing machine, dryer, and a dedicated workspace.
Upon request, you can have a cot and baby services. Enjoy your private balcony, where smoking is allowed, as it is prohibited inside the apartment. You will be close to the Serrano Theater and Paseo Germanías, with easy access to Gandía train station connecting to Valencia.
The beach is nearby and public transport is easily accessible. Please note that the apartment is on the third floor of a building without an elevator. Underground parking 100 m away is available for a fee. Self check-in is available for your convenience. Pets and events are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside. Unregistered guests are not permitted. There is a camera at the entrance that records access to the property. Any violation of the rules will result in the cancellation of the reservation and total loss of the deposit. Families with children are welcome. Airport pick-up service from Valencia and Alicante is available for a fee, as well as cleaning service during your stay at an additional cost.
