Located in Fontane Bianche, the holiday apartment 'in Villa con piscina' offers guests a fantastic view of the sea.
The apartment is located on the first floor of the villa and has a private entrance.
The 85 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with 2 open terraces.
The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool, which is open year-round, a grill, and an outdoor shower. The property is a 10-minute walk from the city centre, with all services, and it is also just 4 minutes away from the beach.
In addition, the train station Fontane Bianche which can take you to Avola, Noto, Rosolini, and Siracuse is just 100 m. away. 2 parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are not allowed, as the property has a small dog owned by the hosts. There are mosquito nets on all external doors. The host, Gino, is available if you need anything, such as help arranging mountain bike tours or rentals, as well as boat rentals (with or without a driver).
