Boasting a beautiful view of the mountain, the studio apartment "La Zotea" is located in Tegueste.
The 20 m² property consists of a living and sleeping area, a kitchen, and 1 bathroom on a separate floor and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Please note that the bathroom is exclusively for the guests staying in La Zotea but is located on a different floor.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot is also available.
Guests have access to a roof terrace which is shared with the host.
There is a supermarket, a pharmacy as well as several restaurants nearby. In addition, there are many recommendable hiking trails in the surrounding area.
Free parking is available on the street.
Pets, parties and external guests are not allowed, and air conditioning is not available.
