"Flat "Son Bou Gardens Sup 2". In Menorca, the holiday flat "Son Bou Gardens Sup 2" boasts an excellent location one Km from the beach of Son Bou and its shopping area.
The property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, so it can accommodate 4 people.
Additional services include Wi-Fi, television and fan in all rooms.
There is also a cot (with bed linen) and a high chair available on request and for a supplement.
The holiday flat has a private outdoor area with an uncovered terrace, covered terrace and balcony.
In addition, the complex is divided into 3 areas, each with a shared swimming pool for public use. The swimming pools are not managed by Menorcarentals so access to them may incur an additional cost.
There are also shared outdoor areas with a garden, children's pool, playground and outdoor shower.
All communal areas are freely accessible to guests.
Free parking is available on the street.
Pets are not allowed.
Air conditioning is available on the property. - Baby cot for an extra fee - Highchair for an extra fee. Conditions of use of the pools: We have improved our conditions of access to the swimming pools of the complex which will be applicable from the season 2025! The swimming pool managed by the restaurant “La Góndola” located at C/Bellamirada, will be FREE for all Menorcarentals guests.
Access to the other pools will continue to be available to all guests, however, a minimum charge for access or consumption may be required.

L'appartement était bien conforme aux photos. Il est facile de s'y garer (en septembre ). La plage est à 10 min à pied. quelques commerces à 5 min.
Très bon accueil, c'est très agréable.
Comme d'autres, je regrette de ne pas avoir trouvé de sel, de poivre, d'huile... On vient en avion et pour 1 semaine. Il serait pratique d'en trouver comme dans d'autres locations.

Nous sommes très content de notre séjour. Location très agréable bon emplacement avec une vue dégagée. Le rez de jardin est super. Toutes les commodités à côté. Petit point négatif sur les matelas qui mériteraient d'être changer

L'appartement est très bien, grand, confortable et conforme aux photos. A notre arrivée, il était très propre. La terrasse avec vue sur le jardin et vue mer est très appréciable. Effectivement, il n'y a aucun fond (pas d'éponge, de sel...). La piscine à côté était fermée la dernière semaine d'octobr...
