The 30 m² maisonette offers a spacious living-dining area with sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchenette, as well as a separate bedroom with en-suite shower bathroom.
In high summer, quiet fans in every room provide pleasant refreshment.
Additionally, the bedroom can be manually cooled before bedtime with a mobile air conditioner if needed.
The apartment includes access to a shared garden, where you can relax in the pavilion and enjoy the greenery, peace, and fresh air.
Within just seven minutes on foot, you reach the charming old town with its beautiful half-timbered houses, cozy restaurants, and public transport.
The lakeside promenade, harbor, leisure facilities with mini golf, pedal boat rental, outdoor pool and thermal bath, the ferry, and all shopping options are also within easy walking distance.
Walking paths directly behind the house invite you to relaxing excursions with wonderful views of the lake and Alps.
Parking is available directly at the house, and bicycles can be stored in a locked bike cellar.

Wohnung liegt in der 4. Etage, Treppensteigen. Für Urlauber, die gut zu Fuß sind, muss das aber kein Problem sein.

Am Bodensee kann man wunderbar Urlaub machen. Die Rad/Wanderwege gut ausgezeichnet. Schöne Touren mit der Fähre. Zur Freude war die Sonne immer mit dabei. Aber auch bei Regen gibt es Museum.

Die Dachgeschoss-Wohnung bestand aus einem geräumigen Wohnraum mit Küchenzeile, einem Schlafzimmer und einem Bad. Wir fanden alles supersauber vor, die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, Stauraum in Schränken war reichlich vorhanden. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Man konnte von dort Meersburg gut zu Fuß erk...
