Auf der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Alpspitze, die Zugspitze und die Sprungschanze.
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet.
Einziges Manko - der Tiefgaragenplatz ist sehr eng.

Sehr professionelle Verwaltung,
gute Organisation, gut eingerichtete Küche, tolle Ausstattung mit Starterpaket für alles. Tolles Ambiente.
Der Kochherd/Backofen top modern ( Induktion, Touch), braucht etwas Angewöhnungszeit,
ab dem 2. Tag klappte es besser. 😊

Die Lage des Hauses ist hervorragend, Zentral und doch sehr ruhig. Der Blick auf die Berge ist sensationell.
Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut, alles da was mann braucht. Alles top sauber und gepflegt.
Super ist auch der Lift in die Tiefgarage, da meine Frau gehbehindert ist war das eine super Erleichterung.
Die Badbeleuchtung muss überprüft werden, eine Birne defekt, eine Birne flackert zeitweise.
Das WLan ist leider sehr langsam.
Beim Fernseher sollten mal die Kanäle sortiert werden, viele Sender vorne die es nicht gibt.
Die Holzliegen auf der Terrasse müssten mal gestrichen werden, schaden wenn sie kaputt gehen.
