The apartment is just a few steps from the beach and directly on the Ciclabile, the famous coastal bike path that runs along the sea to the city center and towards the harbor.
Perfect for guests who want to combine beach, activity, and city life. In the immediate vicinity, you will find numerous shops for daily needs: grocery stores, a bakery, butcher, breakfast cafés, and small snack bars.
A bus stop right in front of the building provides easy access to the center of Sanremo, the train station, and other districts—even without a car. The lovingly furnished apartment offers about 45 m² of living space and accommodates up to four guests.
It features a bright living room with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a modern bathroom.
