Located in Eriskirch, the holiday apartment "Helms" has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
The 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed (200 cm x 140 cm), a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher (cups and plates for toddlers are also provided), 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), heating, a TV as well as children's books and toys (upon request). A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request and for a fee. The apartment also has an outdoor seating area in a secluded area where you can relax in the evening.
This is adjacent to the hosts' apartment. The accommodation is located in the idyllic 3-country region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) directly on Lake Constance.
There are also many tourist attractions and several shopping facilities nearby. On foot it is about 2.5 km (about 30 min) from us to the beach / outdoor pool Eriskirch (with heated pool) and lake access, in the middle of the nature reserve (by car about 7 min). Directly from us to the footpath along the Schussen river, it is about 450 m through the settlement.
From there you can walk through orchards and nature reserve, except for a few exceptions without car traffic to the Eriskircher Ried.
The Eriskircher Ried is the largest and most valuable nature reserve on the German upper lake shore. It stretches along the shore of Lake Constance from the outskirts of Friedrichshafen to the mouth of the Schussen near Langenargen. A few more key data concerning the distances by car. Langenargen approx. 10 min (next pier) Friedrichshafen approx. 10 min (next ship landing stage) Meersburg approx. 30 min Affenberg approx. 40 min Tettnang approx. 10 min Lindau approx. 25 min (alternatively by train from Eriskirch directly to the harbor on the island) Bregenz (Austria) approx. 30 min Pfänderspitze (Austria) local mountain of Lake Constance approx. 45 min. Furthermore, there are many possibilities to explore the surroundings on bike paths. There is a parking space on the property, additional free parking is available on the street.

Schon vor dem Urlaub waren die Kontakte per Email sehr nett. Rückfragen wurden schbell beantwortet und Wünsche berücksichtigt. Die Wohnung war supersauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles was man braucht, war da. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und bei Rückfragen sehr zuvorkommend.
Bis zum Bodensee fährt man 12 min. mit dem Auto.

Die Wohnung entsprach der der Beschreibung und war tip top sauber. Im Sommer bei über 30 Grad, freute man sich immer in die angenehm kühle Wohnung zurück zu kommen. Vermieter waren super freundlich, Fahrräder konnten separat abgestellt werden und auch für das Auto gab es einen Stellplatz. Mit dem Fahrrad zum Strandbad war auf Nebenstrecken möglich, somit super auch mit kleinen Kindern.
