Boasting a beautiful view of the mountain, the luxurious holiday apartment "Haus Excelsior Top 30" is located in Seefeld in Tirol.
The 40 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area with 2 sofa beds, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), heating as well as a TV. Furthermore, a washing machine and a dryer can be used for a fee. A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request and for a fee. The holiday apartment boasts a private balcony.
The property also has access to a shared outdoor area with a barbecue. The property is located just a short walk from the village centre and its numerous restaurants, cafés and supermarkets.
Furthermore, the area offers various ski resorts and hiking trails. A parking space is available on the property.
