Located in Moya, the holiday apartment "Montemar 1" is part of a complex with 2 separate rentals, Montemar 1 and Montemar 2, each accommodating up to 3 guests.
Enjoy beautiful views of the sea and mountains. The private area of 50 m² features a living room with a sofa bed for one person, 1 bedroom with a double bed, and 1 full bathroom.
A cot can be provided on request.
The apartment also offers a private outdoor area with terrace furniture. There is a shared area with guests from the other apartment, including a pool, spa, sun terrace, outdoor shower, barbecue, and a large garden with fruit trees and a seasonal vegetable patch. Private parking is available for cars and motorcycles. Pets are allowed for an extra fee. There are pets nearby—2 cats and 2 dogs—in a fenced area separated from the apartments. This property does not have air conditioning or heating, but a gas heater is available for an extra fee on colder nights. No parties, smoking indoors, or outside guests allowed. An electric vehicle charging station is available, and electricity is generated by solar power.
