Logement super bien situé, relativement propre, quelques travaux à prévoir, par contre la terrasse était très sale ,des mauvaises herbes partout, nous avons rendu la terrasse dans un état correct. Sinon 👍

La location est agréable même si elle n'est pas très bien entretenue, il y a des petites choses a revoir a l'extérieur comme a l'intérieur.
Avec la piscine dans la résidence et la mer accessible a pied, le calme dans la résidence le soir, c'est une location adaptée pour une famille avec enfants
