An ideal setting for a seaside getaway for two. 🏡 The studio includes: - A living/dining room with a 140x190 cm sofa bed and TV, opening onto a balcony with panoramic sea views - A separate, fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, conventional oven, microwave, and 3-burner cooktop - A bathroom with toilet, including a large shower and a heated towel rail 🏖️ The residence A quiet, secure, Norman-style residence located on the seafront, with direct access to the beach and the Marcel Proust promenade. ℹ️ Practical Information Sleeps: 2 people Available for short stays (excluding school holidays) Optional services, payable on arrival: - End-of-stay cleaning: €50 - Linen kits (on request, must be reserved in advance) Double bed: €25 Towel kit: €10 Tourist tax payable on arrival. Petit. Mais suffisant pour un couple. Propre et bien aménagé . Localisation idéale en face de la mer. Balcon donnant vue sur cette mer. Séjour très agréable .

Comme mis dans un ou plusieurs commentaires. La literie est moyenne mais ca passe pour quelques jours
notre arrivée était tardive les clefs était dans un coffre sécurisé. bonne souplesse
