The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a roll out sofa for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as 2 additional toilets and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
Your private outdoor area includes a fenced pool, an open terrace, a covered terrace, 2 balconies, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street.

Beautiful Villa with excellent facilities throughout. Perfect location with the old town only 20 minutes walk and supermarkets, Lidl & Aldi 5 minutes walk away. Schönes Haus in guter Lage. Catharina war immer zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Villa Catarina was excellent. Seamless check-in, the host was accommodating enough to let us drop off our bags before the check-in time, and communication throughout our stay was great.
The villa was clean, and the location was fantastic (30 mins walk to Albufeira Old Town, 10 mins walk to a big LID...
The listing says it sleeps 5 (1 sleeps on the sofa bed). This isn't very transparent. The sofa bed is a sofa and it doesn't fold out into anything more than a sofa. The friend who pulls the short-straw will be left disappointed, as the "bed" doesn't have any bedsheets either.
