Located in Benissa and very close to Calpe, the villa "Perla del Mar" offers guests a fantastic view of the sea as well as direct access to the beach.
The 2-storey property consists of two living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (with bathtubs and showers) and one ensuite jetted bathtub, as well as an additional toilet, and can therefore accommodate 10 people.
In addition, there is also a dedicated playroom for children.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office workers, 3 TVs (1 Astra Satellite), heating and air conditioning in all bedrooms and both living rooms, fans throughout the house, as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available and towels and linen changes can be requested for an additional fee. In addition, a table tennis table, a private gym and gym equipment are available for your use. Your private outdoor area includes a fenced pool, a whirlpool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Property is near Calpe. 3 parking spaces are available on the property and 1 in a garage.
Free parking is available on the street. Pets are allowed with an additional fee. The property has motorbike and bicycle storage. This property has recycling rules, more information is provided on-site. For an additional fee and upon request, 2 extra guests can be accommodated. This villa is targeted to families.
