The holiday apartment "Balzerberg" in Ellhofen is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones.
The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
The living room is a passage room between the bedroom and the bathroom.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, heating as well as a TV.
There are also 2 highchairs and 2 baby cribs available on request.
Please note that the property can only be rented for vacation purposes and cannot be rented to workers/seasonal workers. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a garden, a covered terrace and a barbecue, is also available for your use. The property offers a very quiet location surrounded by nature.
Furthermore, the area is ideal for hiking and during winter there are cross-country skiing trails nearby.
Additionally, there are 3 golf courses within 20 km of the holiday apartment.
Skis and bikes can be rented in the town centre. A parking space is available on the property.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets are not allowed.
Wi-Fi is available and suitable for video calls.
The property has a step-free interior.
Please note that there are horses and other farm animals on the premises. This property has recycling rules, more information is provided on-site.

Wer eine naturnahe kinderfreundliche Unterkunft sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Abgelegen in einen schönen Tal, aber in guter Nähe zu einem Bäcker und Restaurants. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Sehr gute Betten, wir haben fantastisch geschlafen.

Wir hatten mit unserer Familie einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Tobelmühle. Direkt bei der Ankunft wurden wir vom Rauschen des Baches und Vogelgezwitscher begrüßt.
