Chalet Les Laurencières, is located near the old Chinaillon, in the commune of Le Grand Bornand, is a high standard chalet built in the style of the chalets of yesteryear. The chalet sleeps up to 18 people (260m²) in two flats (but they are connected from the inside of the chalet). Therefore, you have 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms.

On the ground floor you have a large garage where it is possible to park between 5 and 6 cars. In a corner of this garage you have a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. A stairs in the garage gives you access to the living areas.

This chalet has 7 spacious bedrooms, all with storage lockers. On the first floor is the 1st flat. Here you have 3 bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed and the third has two bunk beds (sleeps 4). You also have two bathrooms and a separate toilet.

If you go up one floor (still from the inside of the chalet) you arrive at the second flat. You will then arrive in the large living room with kitchen, dining room and lounge with fireplace and internet connection. The kitchen is spacious and has a large fridge, dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave and a wide range of kitchen utensils. On this floor there is also a separate toilet.

On the third floor there are four bedrooms. Three of them have a double bed (one with a cot) and the last one has four single beds. There is also a bathroom with a shower and bath and a separate toilet.

The chalet has balconies and a well exposed terrace with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and slopes.
