In Puerto del Carmen, the vacation apartment "Casa Joyne" boasts an excellent location close to the beach.
The 39 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV.
A high chair and a baby cot are also available upon request. The highlight of this accommodation is its private balcony.
A shared outdoor area with a pool is also available for your use. Renovation work will take place near the property from April 1, 2025, to July 31, 2025.

However, once completed, the adjacent common areas will be barrier-free, enhancing accessibility for individuals with mobility challenges. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets and parties are not allowed.

Host (Yenny) for apartment 157 was very helpful & accommodating for late check out @ 1900.
Nothing to dislike, apart from street sellers with fake items.

The property itself is fine, but there are 30+ steps, some without hand rails, the check in was non existant since Yenny has no English at all ! The google position was 400 or more metres from the actual property, instructions were sent on Whatsapp but reception was so bad it eventually took more than an hour to get in Ankunftsdatum - 15. Februar 2024

Great apartment recently renovated throughout, location perfect 2 minutes from seafront. Didn't give 5 stars throughout as the balcony faces the end another accomodation block, minor gripe and didn't bother us at all. The owner was very helpful sending us video's showing directions to the apartment along with instructions on access.
