Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, lots of storage space, well equipped kitchen (even with sharp knives ;-)), great view from the window - sunset over Funchal, really close to a bakery, grocery store and bar/cafe, perfect host - good communication and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay even better.
