Located in Marbella, this 130 m² property features a spacious living/dining room, two large terraces, and an east-facing terrace dining area.
Enjoy views of "La Venus" sandy beach and the famous "Paseo Maritimo" from the east terrace.
The west terrace offers a heated hot tub and a picturesque garden filled with vibrant flowers. The living room, directly facing the terrace, is elegantly furnished with sofas, a modern table, chairs, and a reading nook.
The apartment offers high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services and international channels, and central air conditioning throughout. There are two generously sized double bedrooms with en-suite marble bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to four guests.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and Nespresso machine. Parking spaces are available nearby for an extra fee.
Airport or train station shuttle service is also available for an extra fee.
Upon request, a baby cot and high chair with utensils are provided free of charge.
Late check-in service from 10:00 p.m. to midnight is available for an extra fee.
Self check-in is possible after midnight.
