The 70 m² holiday apartment in Oldenburg accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
You will find a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a workspace, TV with video-on-demand, fan, washing machine, dryer, as well as toys and books for children.
A baby cot, beach towels, and 2 bicycles are available.
Coffee capsules and various teas are provided free of charge.
Relax on your private, uncovered terrace—perfect for unwinding.
You can also use the shared garden and playground, pick fresh herbs from the garden, and enjoy your own barbecue for outdoor meals.
In summer, the garden becomes a small oasis.
There are 2 shared parking spaces at the house, street parking, and a shared charging station for electric cars.
A bike storage room is available.
Pets and parties are not allowed.
The apartment is accessible via two small steps; public areas are monitored by video for your safety.

Die Lage war für uns optimal, dass die Autobahn gut zu hören war ,hat uns weniger gestört.Sehr individuell eingerichtet , sehr freundlicher Empfang. Gartenmitbenutzung. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet.

Die Wohnung hatte alles was das Herz begehrt...Frau Bley war sehr freundlich und kommunikativ, fragte immer wieder nach dem Rechten....ist defintiv eine Reise wert!!!!👍😊
