Situated on the second floor of a historic stone farmhouse, this 77 m² apartment is perfect for couples seeking spacious comfort or families wanting a peaceful countryside retreat. The apartment features a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a sleeping area, and a bathroom, comfortably accommodating 3-4 guests.
You will find Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the bedrooms, and heating to ensure comfort in every season. The interiors retain authentic Tuscan charm with wooden beams, stone details, and furnishings that reflect the farmhouse’s history.
From the windows, you can enjoy pleasant views of the surrounding countryside, where the landscape changes color with the seasons. Relax in the large garden, use the barbecue area, and immerse yourselves in the silence and scents of nature. To promote relaxation and a connection with the land, the apartment does not have a TV. Wi-Fi is free, though mobile phone signal may be weak in some areas of the property. Talamone’s beaches are about 6 km away, and nearby you’ll find Maremma Park’s trails, charming villages, and bike paths where you can discover local cuisine. During your stay, you can purchase organic extra virgin olive oil and honey produced on the farm.
Pets are welcome (one per apartment). For the well-being of all, dogs may not be left alone in the apartment.

The residence was beautiful and perfect for a peaceful vacation. With a car, it was very easy to reach nearby towns, beaches and the national park. We were given a lot of recommendations and when we had some troubles with our car, michela did everything she could to support us! Would definitely recommend!

La tenuta si trova immersa nel verde si può godere di grande pace e tranquillità e di una bella vista sulle colline toscane. I collegamenti con le varie località (sia al mare che nell'entroterra) sono vicinissimi e facilmente raggiungibili.

Die ruhige Lage der Unterkunft und daß man Trotzdem alles mit dem Fahrrad besorgen und erreichen konnte.
Das man sich in vielen Gastronomien weder in Englisch geschweige den in Deutsch verständigen konnte.
