Located in Talamone, the farmhouse "Marzia - Agriturismo La Valentina" offers everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
The 40 m² property includes a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people.
Further amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating as well as a fan.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The farmhouse boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace.
The property also has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a garden and a barbecue. The property is located about 6 km from both sandy and rocky beaches.
Furthermore, grocery stores are 5.5 km away and bikes can be rented in Talamone and in Alberese.
Additionally, the farmhouse is situated 4 km from an equestrian centre and 8 km from taverns and restaurants. A parking space is available on the property.
Families with children are welcome.
A maximum of 1 pet is allowed (please inform the homeowner about the type and size of the pet).

Geräumiges Studio mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung und guter Ausstattung. Michela ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber, die Kommunikation verlief sehr gut.
Obwohl keine Haustiere erlaubt sind, hat das Zimmer anfangs nach Hund gerochen
