Nestled in an 8-hectare wooded park with a private pond, heated pool, large terrace, barbecue, and plancha, the gite welcomes up to 15 guests for convivial moments and true disconnection. This spacious villa offers peace, comfort, and activities for everyone, such as pétanque and ping-pong.
Start your days under the shade of the trees and end them around a large table at sunset.
The house was created as a genuine place for reunions. Fully equipped, the house features 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and additional toilets.
The modern kitchen includes a dishwasher and everything you need to prepare meals.
The bright living room and amenities (high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, pinball machine, washing machine, dryer) ensure a pleasant stay.
Two baby beds are also available. Outside, enjoy a vast garden, private heated pool, large sunny terrace, and covered patio. The property offers six parking spaces.
A cycle path runs alongside, and bikes can be rented for a donation to charity. Set in a preserved environment, the villa is perfect for relaxing, sharing good times, and enjoying the surrounding nature.

La piscine et le solarium autour de celle-ci,
Le patio équipé du barbecue + plancha + four à pizza,
Très bonne literie dans toutes les chambres...
L’entretien du terrain, de l’entrée de la maison ne mettent pas en valeurs le site. Les abords du l’étang sont peu praticables pour pêcher. Par prevention, il faut traiter les essaims de guêpes.
Points à améliorer:
Les odeurs de fosse septique devant et dans la maison.
La propreté de la cuisine et de tous les interieurs de placards.

hote très acceuillant, maison très agréablet et bien équipé. Dommage que nous n'ayons pas eu d'eau chaud et de vrai chauffage durant la moitié du séjour.
