Boasting a beautiful view of the sea, the holiday home "Villa Caterinae" is located in Punta Molara.
This large property consists of 2 separate structures (one of them is located below ground level with windows that let in natural light), that feature a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls air conditioning in both the kitchen and the bedrooms, satellite TV, a fan as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a garden, a covered terrace offering fantastic sea views, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower.
A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool (available between June 1st and September 30th, is also available for your use. 2 lounge chairs for the pool can be provided upon request. Cala Brandinchi, Cala Girgolu, and Porto Taverna are all reachable within 3 km from the property.
San Teodoro is 12 km away and Olbia is 22 km away.
Restaurants, a market and several bars are to be found within 1.5 km from the village. This property has recycling rules, more information is provided on-site, and guests are kindly asked to adhere to these regulations. These 2 separate properties can also be rented individually. There are security cameras located on the outside of the property. A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed. Guests are kindly required to observe the separate waste collection rules.

Alles war sauber und in top Zustand. Sensationeller Meerblick. Zu unserer Zeit (2. Juniwoche) absolut ruhig, hatten den Pool (nur 20-25m zu Fuß) fast für uns alleine. Super gepflegte Anlage. Betreuung und Kontakt zu Gianni (Eigentümer) und später zu Eleonora (Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort) war spitze. I...

Cosy apartment with lovely, well-equipped terrace, magnificent view of the sea, coast and Tavolara island. Parking place an asset. Communication with Gianni excellent. It would not have been as private had the flat underneath been occupied (as their patio is under the bedroom window)
