In Monopoli, the holiday home "Casa Kennedy" is conveniently located close to the beach.
The 100 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, heating as well as cable TV.
A baby cot is available for an extra fee per night.
The holiday home also offers 2 private balconies where you can relax in the evening.
A free access beach is 100 meters away, a supermarket 20 meters, and the old town of Monopoli 700 meters.
The area is very well served and has all the services within walking distance.
Free parking is available in the residential area.
Pets are not allowed.
The replacement of sheets and towels and extra cleaning during the stay is available upon request for a fee, to be checked with the homeowner.
Late check-in after 22:00 and late check-out after 9:00 will incur an additional charge.

Our apartment was perfect! It’s steps from the beach and a quick walk to the old port and old town. It was even better than the pictures! Pietro is a gracious host and very communicative. Parking is in front and free and there’s a good grocery store across the street. Monopoli is a great location for exploring Puglia. We would definitely stay there again. Grazie, Pietro!

The apartment was close to grocery stores, bakeries, rotisserie chicken, cafes. Although there was no view of the sea it was a short walk. The historical center was also about a 15 minute walk so very manageable. The apartment itself had all the amenities. Very clean. Our host provided guidance of local places whenever we asked. A bonus was free parking. It was a great place.

Spacious and super clean apartment walkable to the historic center and the beach! Pietro was nearby and met us at check-in and check out, he had fantastic recommendations for a restaurants as well! Would definitely stay again and recommend!
