Overlooking the Atlantic and the mountains, the vacation home 'Casa Puerto Rico' in Mogán impresses guests with its fantastic views.
The 52 m² property consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds for one person each, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, satellite and cable TV, a fan as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a balcony.
A shared outdoor area consisting of a pool, a children's pool, and an outdoor shower is also available for your use. The pool hours are from 8 am to 8 pm. Children are not allowed to be left alone. You can enjoy local food at the Balcon Canario restaurant in the Puerto Rico shopping center. Free parking is available on the street. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed for a fee. Smoking is not allowed. Parties of more than 6 people are prohibited. The property has step-free access and interior. An elevator is available in the building. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.

Lovely place and a fantastic terrace

We were very satisfied with our stay. A very friendly host and easy to communicate with. The apartment and especially the terrace were lovely. Sun from 8am to 2pm. There are a lot of stairs but it gives good exercise. Free parking is available about 100m from the entrance - just after the playground. All in all a really good stay.
