The holiday flat has a terrace and a small garden with a fantastic view of the lake in a row of houses built in a staggered manner.
The other flats are mostly used privately for holidays, often only on weekends.
The houses are on the upper eastern shore at the southern tip of Vestreno, the mountain village above the lakeside town of Dervio, uniquely situated on a sunny hill on the eastern shore above Lake Como.
In the surrounding area there is the picturesque mountain village, a lot of nature and chestnut forests, which invite you to go hiking, e.g. also to the 2600 m high local mountain Monte Legnone.

Experience the fantastic panoramic lake view far to the south of the lake, as well as the twinkling lights of the lake promenades and mountain villages on starry nights.
The covered sun terrace with teak furniture and deck chairs as well as the lawn offer space for sunbathing and relaxing.
Typical serpentine roads with impressive views of the lake and the surrounding mountains and the surrounding mountains lead you to the lake. Great importance was attached to a modern, sophisticated Italian ambience.
The floors are made of high-quality Lombard tiles. The entrance is via the natural stone terrace on the lake side. The shared pool is located between the two houses and can be used from June to mid-September, weather permitting, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Please observe the pool rules (see guest app and information in the apartment) – thank you! The pool can be accessed via the building entrance. Dervio, with its beautiful headland, magnificent beaches, sailing harbour at the tip and promenade, is approximately 6 km away. The holiday flat has a fenced garden on the lake side and on the side. Due to the sunny location and the insulation, the holiday home is recommended all year round. Next to it is the Paradiso - Luna holiday flat, ideal for holidays with friends. Your car is parked in the parking space behind your flat. The following costs are to be paid on site: - Heating according to consumption, only when used - Tourist tax 2 € per person/day from 10 years up to 7 days service on request: - Boat mooring - boat rental - Surf rental Please contact us or your landlord/manager. Schöne große Wohnung mit einem traumhaftem Ausblick zum Comersee.???? In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht,in ca 200 m erreicht man den schönen kl.Dorfladen wo es alles gibt(lecker Käse,frisches Brot und Brötchen usw.)Wir haben die Zeit in Vestreno sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt mal wieder.????????

der Urlaub am Comer See war wunderschön. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Der Vermieter war einmal da und hat sich sehr nett mit uns unterhalten.
Der Swimmingpool war perfekt und es hat alles gut gepasst. Ich kann Sie nur weiterempfehlen.

Es hat uns sehr gefallen in Vestreno. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und genügend Platz zum Spielen für unsere Jungs. Wir waren in einer sehr heissen Zeit dort, die Wohnung blieb aber schön kühl. Und draussen ging wegen der erhöhten Lage immer ein Wind. Den Pool hatten wir oft für uns alleine. Wir werden wieder mal kommen.
