Located a few steps from the sea in Marciana Marina, the holiday apartment "Appartamento Taccola", part of the "Agriturismo Cotetonda", offers guests a fantastic view of the sea.
This 30 sqm apartment is made up of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.
It can accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include a fan as well as a TV. Your private outdoor area includes a covered terrace and a barbecue. The centre of Marciana Marina is 2 km away.
The Cotetonda beach (gravel) is only 50 m away.
The Procchio beach (sand) 6 km away and the Paolina beach (sand) 4 km away.
The port of Portoferrato is 14 km away and Monte Capanne is 9 km away. A parking space is available on the property. Medium-sized pets are allowed upon request. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are not available. Unfortunately the apartment is not suitable for people with walking difficulties, as there are a lot of stairs. Towels and bedlinens can be provided for an additional fee and as an unique set. The property offers homemade/homegrown produce.
