The "Villa Font de sa Cala" in Provensals (Font de Sa Cala is a district of Capdepera) is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with views of the Balearic Sea.
The 475 m² property extends over 3 floors and includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with underfloor heating, as well as a guest WC, and offers space for 6 people.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for your home office, TV, air conditioning, fan, washing machine, and dryer.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the first floor, while the living and dining room are on the ground floor. Your private outdoor area features a pool, a Mediterranean garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, 2 balconies, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower – the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun.
Public transport is within walking distance.
Free parking is available on the street, and there are several parking spaces in the garage, including a charging station for electric vehicles (available for an extra fee).
