The villa Font de sa Cala in Provensals is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a view of the Balearic Sea.
The 475 m² property consists of 3 floors. a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (with underfloor heating) as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a dryer. Guests will find the bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor and the living and dining room on the ground floor. Your private outdoor area includes a pool, a Mediterranean-style garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, 2 balconies, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
The perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun. Public transport links are located within walking distance. Free parking is available on the street and there are several parking spaces in the garage, including a charging station for e-vehicles. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises. Beach/pool towels are provided. The property has motorbike and bicycle storage. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
