The holiday apartment "Ferienwohnung Anette" is located in Garmisch-Partenkirchen and boasts a beautiful view of the mountains.
The 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests.
Please note that the apartment is on the 3rd floor and is accessible by stairs only (no elevator). Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, heating, and a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
The holiday apartment features a private balcony with a panoramic view of the mountains Wank, Alpspitze, and Waxenstein. There is a bus stop directly at the holiday apartment, and a direct bus connection to the Eibsee.
The city centre is 20 minutes away, and there are many shops and restaurants in the Zugspitzstraße. A parking space is available on the property, and free parking is available on the street.
Pets are allowed.
Skis can be stored in the cellar, and a shared bicycle cellar is also available.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber, man hat alles was man braucht.
Die FW hat einen großen Balkon mit einem wundervollen Ausblick auf die Zugspitze.
Wir fühlten uns in der FW sehr wohl mit unsrem Hund und kommen sehr gerne nochmal wieder.
Tolle Wohnung, mit grandiosem Ausblick auf die Berge.

Die Gastgeberin hat zuvorper WhatsApp Kontakt mit uns aufgenommen und alle Fragen wurden stets unmittelbar beantwortet! Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert! Die Wohnung ist wirklich prima und man könnte ohne weiteres zu viert darin wohnen!
Das einzige Manko - und das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau: die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock.
