Located in the centre of Ortigia, the holiday home Pepes has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
The 45 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine and a TV.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
Guests of the vacation home have access to a shared garden.
The property is located within a short walking distance from the local beach.
The nearby area has a lot to offer to tourists: there are archaeological sites, restaurants, pubs, shops, a market and a theatre. Shops, cafés and restaurants can all be found within 5 minutes on foot from the apartment.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets are not allowed.
Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls.
Smoking is not allowed (inside the building).
The island has traffic limitations and paid parking is possible only in designated places. Paid parking is available 20 m from the property.
