The 3-storey property consists of a 25 sq. m fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 5 bedrooms with bathroom, strongbox and refrigerator, and 5 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 10 people.

There is no living area inside the property, a living area is outside which is perfect for the summer months. The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a pool (an unheated whirlpool is integrated into the main pool), a garden, 2 covered terraces, a balcony, and a barbecue.

The private swimming pool is free of charge, is open from 15th June to 1st October and is located on the other side of the street, guests need to cross the street to access it. Free street parking (if available) otherwise there is private parking 20 m away. Pets are allowed. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises.
