RURAL EL SANTISCAL is a cozy accommodation located next to Lake Arcos, a very quiet area, but with all the services, 4 km from the city, Artificial Beach, Nautical Club, Restaurants, Super Markets, Pharmacy, etc., all just a few meters away. Area for hiking, cycling, fishing, canoeing, and countless leisure options in its nearby surroundings.
Plot of 700 meters, fully fenced with two apartments (SUPERIOR of 80 meters and another COMPLEMENTARY of 40 meters, both with air conditioning and heating (ENTIRELY RENTED), BOTH being occupied, depending on the number of guests.
