With a view of the mountains, the holiday home Giugiò in Giardini Naxos is perfect for a relaxing holiday near the beach.
The 80 m² property consists of a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of them newly renovated) and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating in all bedrooms, a fan, a washing machine, Wi-Fi as well as a TV.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace, a covered terrace, and a grill. 150 meters from tobacconist, bar and a nice restaurant 200 meters from the beach, reachable in less than 5 minutes 350 meters from pubs, bar, restaurant (city center) 500 meters from supermarket 700 meters from local authorities, central bus station and a pharmacy A parking space is available in a garage and free parking is available on the street. Pets are allowed. Self check-in can be arranged. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building without elevator. 2 bikes are provided, and the property has motorbike and bicycle storage.
